Important Announcement About our Flint Branch

Ele’s Place – Greater Flint & Genesee County has suspended operations and closed our office effective August 16, 2024 due to local budgetary challenges. This decision was not made lightly. We explored every possible option to keep our doors open, but ultimately, this sad decision was also a necessary one.

To our supporters: Thank you. Your belief in our mission and vision has enabled us to provide grief support to thousands of children, teens and families over the seven years we’ve served this community.

To our families: Our hearts are with you. We will do everything we can to ensure you continue to receive the support you need. That may look a little different going forward, but we intend to offer alterative programming options including:

• Virtual programs
• The continuation of our school-based programs
• Phone consultations
• The option to attend on-site programs at one of our other branches.
